Former Aviation Minister, and chieftain of the main opposition party, the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, Femi Fani-Kayode, in his latest attack on the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, on twitter called President Muhammadu Buhari ‘corrupt’ and ‘bloodthirsty’ while he demanded that APC Chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, be ‘crucified’ for his role in enthroning Buhari.
Fani-Kayode’s Monday morning tweet was in response to an article by Sam Omatseye of The Nation.
In the article, the writer criticized Baba Ayo Adebanjo of the Afenifere group, for supporting Goodluck Jonathan in the same polls, a position that obvious angered Fani-Kayode, who believes Tinubu deserves even more scolding for supporting President Buhari.
“I saw Sam Omatseye’s article in which he criticised Baba Ayo Adebanjo for supporting Jonathan in the 2015 presidential elections.
“If you condemn Adebanjo for supporting GEJ then you must CRUCIFY Bola Tinubu for enthroning the divisive, corrupt, bloodthirsty and infernal catastrophy called Buhari,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, President Buhari has been invited by President Donald Trump for a meeting in Washington on April 30.
This came barely a week after the President declared his intention to run for a second term in office.
